With nearly two decades of friendship and a shared passion for creating extraordinary experiences, Audrey and Vicki are the dynamic duo at the heart of Ever True Event Design. Their journey together began when they met at a mere 12 years old; a bond that evolved from friendship into a flourishing business partnership driven by a common vision: to curate unforgettable events that captivate and inspire.

Together, Audrey and Vicki blend their skills and passion to create events that are not only visually stunning but also deeply memorable. Their collaborative spirit and shared enthusiasm for event design and management are the driving forces behind Ever True Event Design, where every event is a testament to their commitment to excellence and their love for making dreams come true.

Whether it’s an elegant wedding, a high-profile corporate event, or a special family celebration, both owners approach each project with the same energy and dedication that have defined their success for years. Their combined expertise and unwavering friendship ensure that every event they plan is a masterpiece of vision and execution.

Vicki Wood

Vicki, one half of the Ever True team, will be serving the majority of the Southern Indiana and Western Kentucky clients. She is married to her high school sweetheart and is a proud mom to two sweet kiddos. She grew up on a family grain farm in Pike County, Indiana and has settled down to raise her family in her hometown.

Vicki has a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Southern Indiana, and had an exciting career in HR and employee benefits for almost 9 years before leaving the corporate world. Over the past decade, Vicki has had the opportunity to plan and coordinate many events, including weddings, showers, wellness fairs and corporate events.

Vicki’s true passion is using her planning, organizational, and creative skills to plan and execute amazing events. In her words: “My favorite part about event planning and coordination is watching the crowd mingle during the event. Seeing guests relax and enjoy each other’s company warms my heart and puts a smile on my face every time!”

Audrey Frederick

Audrey, the other half of the Ever True team, will be making dreams come true for our Central East Indiana and Northern Kentucky clients. She currently lives in Florence, Kentucky with her husband, three boys, and their golden retriever.

Audrey is a Doctor of Audiology and received her degrees from Purdue University and the University of Cincinnati, where she decided to root her career in the non-profit sector. During her educational career, she planned, coordinated, and designed numerous events, weddings and ceremonies.

Designing unforgettable events is where Audrey’s passion lies. Her favorite part of event management is working with the hosts and wedding couples to harness the vision for their event and bringing it to life!
